“The Tarot Trumps”

This is the equilibrium not of the balance of Libra but of the impetus of the Arrow, Sagittarius, which cleaves its way through the air by the force imparted to it by the taut string of the Bow. It requires the counterchanged forces of Fire and Water, Shin and Qoph, held by the restraining power of Saturn, and concentrated by the energies of Mars to initiate this impetus. All these are summed up in the symbolism of the figure standing between Earth and Water, holding the two amphorae with their streams of living water, and with the volcano in the background. The colours are bright-blue, blue-grey, slate-blue, and lilac-grey.

A winged angel, with the sign of the sun upon his forehead and on his breast the square and triangle of the septenary. I speak of him in the masculine sense, but the figure is neither male nor female. It is held to be pouring the essences of life from chalice to chalice. It has one foot upon the earth and one upon waters, thus illustrating the nature of the essences. A direct path goes up to certain heights on the verge of the horizon, and above there is a great light, through which a crown is seen vaguely. Hereof is some part of the Secret of Eternal Life, as it is possible to man in his incarnation. All the conventional emblems are renounced herein.

So also are the conventional meanings, which refer to changes in the seasons, perpetual movement of life and even the combination of ideas. It is, moreover, untrue to say that the figure symbolizes the genius of the sun, though it is the analogy of solar light, realized in the third part of our human triplicity. It is called Temperance fantastically, because, when the rule of it obtains in our consciousness, it tempers, combines and harmonises the psychic and material natures. Under that rule we know in our rational part something of whence we came and whither we are going.

男女通じて史上最多となる世界選手権 10 連覇及び世界大会（五輪＋世界選手権）13 大会連続優勝を達成し、かつて「霊長類最強女子」と呼ばれた、レスリングの元五輪女王でタレントの吉田沙保里（38歳）。今、彼女は ずっと婚活をしている そうだ。これについて出たのは 剣の A の正位置 。 雲 から出た手が 剣 を突き立て、上にオリーブとシュロの葉がかかった 王冠 を掲げている。地上にはノアの洪水伝説で何もかもが一掃された後のような景色が広がっている。 さすがレスリングの元女王と言うしかないような、自ら力を召喚させる凄まじいパワーの絵が堂々と正位置で出でおり、彼女にとっては婚活もレスリングと同じ乗りなのかも知れない──という第一印象を受けた。 「私は（相手を）好きになりたいんですよ、自分が。好きになられると引いちゃうんですよ」と本人も語っているように、彼女にとって受け身は有り得ず、まさに栄冠（相手）を勝ち取るぞというアグレッシブな姿勢がもろに出ており、話は逸れてしまうが五輪メダルを獲得するということが、どれほど凄まじいパワーを自らに召喚することなのかが想像されてくる。 また注目なのは「好きになられると引いちゃうんですよ」と語っているところにもある。大洪水のような圧倒的なパワーで何もかも押し流し切るのが彼女の醍醐味であり、逆に受ける側に回ることは苦手なのかも知れない。 なお、 出川哲朗の枕営業騒動 でも剣の A が逆位置で出ているが、今回の事例は婚活でしかも正位置で出ており、出川の事例のような危機感に満ちたシチュエーション解釈になる場合との良い比較になるかも知れない。 また、いろいろ言い方はあるようだが英語で婚活を、marriage hunting、spouse hunting など「ハンティング」を使うようであり、これも剣の A のイメージと通じるものがあり興味深い。

2020 年 9 月自民党次期総裁選

先月 28 日に安倍総理辞任表明があったので、来年 10 月までの残りの任期を引き継ぐ自民党の次期総裁について占ってみました。 菅義偉 官房長官「杖の6」←「隠者」 岸田文雄 政調会長「盃の王」←「剣の6」 石破茂 元幹事長「貨の5」→「貨の6」 という展開となりました。 石破氏が次期総裁になる可能性はまず少ないと思います。かなり不利な情勢のように見受けられます。 なので残る、菅氏か岸田氏のどちらかということになりますが、次期総裁の有力候補としては安倍さんの病による辞任がなければもともとは岸田氏なのだと思いますが、菅氏が任期引き継ぎの総裁となるのだと思いました。 絵で読み解いてみると、菅氏（杖の 6）が安倍総理（隠者）から月桂冠（リーダーシップ）を一旦（馬上で）受け取っている。（馬のベールに隠れているのは菅政権の後継として一年後の総裁選で本命の河野太郎氏？） 岸田氏（盃の王）は安倍さんが無事に任期を満了していれば有力な後継者だったところが、イレギュラーな事件（安倍さんの任期を残した辞任）によりチャンスを逃した（剣の6（逆））。 石破氏（貨の 5）はそもそも蚊帳の外で、全国の自民党員の人気は別として、主流派（国会議員）からは実質的に相手にされていないようです。

ブログ記事のメンテナンス

このブログに移転したのは、旧ブログで私個人の日記やメモや抜き書きのような記事がいつの間にやら膨大な数になり収拾がつかなくなったので、心機一転して「バニラのタロット占い」という形で基本的にタロットにテーマを絞ってブログを再構築しようと思ったから。昨年末から旧ブログとこのブログの合わせて 4000 件以上の記事を整理してきたが、一通り整理し終えて燃え尽きた感じになってしまった。そこで、今後の方針を指し示す「羅針盤カード」として 1 枚引いた。 出たのは「 XIV. 中庸 」 天使が左手のカップから右手のカップに水を移し変えている様子は、これまでの私自身の旧ブログから新ブログへの移行作業そのものを示している。 遠景に見えている向こう山の光とそこへと続く直線の道が、今後の私の道程を示しているのだろう。しばらく、光（新境地）へと到る道程は続きそうである。
