21. The Lord of Strife.

“Book T”

Two white radiant angelic hands issuing from clouds right and left of the centre of the card. They are clasped together as in the grip of the first Order, and they hold at the same time by their centres Five Wands, or torches, which are similar to the wand of a Z. A. M. Four Wands cross each other, but the Fifth is upright in the centre. Flames leap from the point of junction. Above the central Wand is the symbol Saturn and below it that of Leo representing the Decanate.
Violent strife and contest, boldness, rashness, cruelty, violence, lust and desire, prodigality and generosity, depending on well or dignified.
Geburah of Yod. (Quarrelling and fighting.) This decan hath its beginning from the Royal Star of Leo, and unto it are allotted the two Great Angels of the Schemhamephoresch, Vahaviah and Yelayel. “PKT”

A posse of youths, who are brandishing staves, as if in sport or strife. It is mimic warfare, and hereto correspond the Divinatory Meanings.

Imitation, as, for example, sham fight, but also the strenuous competition and struggle of the search after riches and fortune. In this sense it connects with the battle of life. Hence some attributions say that it is a card of gold, gain, opulence.

Success in financial speculation.

(Reverse) Litigation, disputes, trickery, contradiction.

Quarrels may be turned to advantage.

2020 年 9 月自民党次期総裁選

先月 28 日に安倍総理辞任表明があったので、来年 10 月までの残りの任期を引き継ぐ自民党の次期総裁について占ってみました。 菅義偉 官房長官「杖の6」←「隠者」 岸田文雄 政調会長「盃の王」←「剣の6」 石破茂 元幹事長「貨の5」→「貨の6」 という展開となりました。 石破氏が次期総裁になる可能性はまず少ないと思います。かなり不利な情勢のように見受けられます。 なので残る、菅氏か岸田氏のどちらかということになりますが、次期総裁の有力候補としては安倍さんの病による辞任がなければもともとは岸田氏なのだと思いますが、菅氏が任期引き継ぎの総裁となるのだと思いました。 絵で読み解いてみると、菅氏（杖の 6）が安倍総理（隠者）から月桂冠（リーダーシップ）を一旦（馬上で）受け取っている。（馬のベールに隠れているのは菅政権の後継として一年後の総裁選で本命の河野太郎氏？） 岸田氏（盃の王）は安倍さんが無事に任期を満了していれば有力な後継者だったところが、イレギュラーな事件（安倍さんの任期を残した辞任）によりチャンスを逃した（剣の6（逆））。 石破氏（貨の 5）はそもそも蚊帳の外で、全国の自民党員の人気は別として、主流派（国会議員）からは実質的に相手にされていないようです。

ブログ記事のメンテナンス

このブログに移転したのは、旧ブログで私個人の日記やメモや抜き書きのような記事がいつの間にやら膨大な数になり収拾がつかなくなったので、心機一転して「バニラのタロット占い」という形で基本的にタロットにテーマを絞ってブログを再構築しようと思ったから。昨年末から旧ブログとこのブログの合わせて 4000 件以上の記事を整理してきたが、一通り整理し終えて燃え尽きた感じになってしまった。そこで、今後の方針を指し示す「羅針盤カード」として 1 枚引いた。 出たのは「 XIV. 中庸 」 天使が左手のカップから右手のカップに水を移し変えている様子は、これまでの私自身の旧ブログから新ブログへの移行作業そのものを示している。 遠景に見えている向こう山の光とそこへと続く直線の道が、今後の私の道程を示しているのだろう。しばらく、光（新境地）へと到る道程は続きそうである。

東京都知事選（2020 年）

今度（7/5）の都知事選挙の投票を決めるためにタロットを引きました。32 人の候補者の中で、めぼしいカードが出たのは、小池百合子氏と山本太郎氏だけでした（他の候補は逆位置などで、これといったカードは出ませんでした）。 小池さんは「 恋人たち 」正位置、山本さんは「 カップの３ 」正位置。 きっと小池さんが圧勝するのだと思います。コロナウィルス感染拡大の最中で「時代が選んだ都知事」という言い方がピッタリかも知れません。 一方の山本さんは、当選しないかもしれませんが、とてもたくさんの人たちから支持され、小池さんに次ぐ投票数を獲得するのだと思います。そして、思ってもみなかった以上の支持者がいることを発見し、山本さんにとっては大きな収穫で喜ばしく悔いのない結果となるのだと思います。
